Private Client Tax Manager
To manage a portfolio of private clients including preparation and management of tax returns and dealing with advisory matters relating primarily to those clients. Portfolios include high net worth individuals and a varying degree of complexity tailored to the successful candidate's particular strengths. The manager will report to the firm's Directors and should be responsible and proactive in dealing with their clients’ compliance and advisory needs, bringing in colleagues for support where appropriate. Ideally CTA qualified and focused on delivery through exceptional service.

Mixed Tax Advisor
As a firm we recognise the importance in providing timely and proactive advice to our clients. We are currently recruiting experienced individuals to join our growing tax advisory team, which provides bespoke advice to companies, shareholders, partnerships and trusts, including advice around business structure, employee incentivisation, succession planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and IHT planning. We are keen to ensure that the role we fill is tailored to the particular skillset of a successful candidate.

Audit Manager
To manage a portfolio of audit clients and the audit work on those clients. As a firm we pride ourselves on ensuring that clients benefit from the hands-on involvement of an experienced team, which allows the client to receive additional insight and value. The role could also include management of an accounts portfolio to sit alongside the audit clients. Work is likely to include ad hoc assignments and providing client with additional assistance such as input on cashflows and budgets.

Accounts Manager - Thame office
To manage a portfolio of accounts clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with a client base tailored to the candidate's particular expertise. The role includes management of the annual compliance cycle, including preparation of accounts, business tax returns, company secretarial and ad hoc tasks. Managers are expected to develop a good working relationship with clients, becoming a valued point of contact and trusted advisor within the firm.

Audit, accounts and taxation trainees
Train with Martin and Company and we will offer you the opportunity to develop your skillset across a wide range of clients and service areas. We will provide full training support for your professional qualifications, while you gain experience in audit, accounts preparation, income tax and business tax. Trainees are part of a dedicated and supportive team and these roles are ideal for graduates and school leavers wanting to start their careers in the accountancy and tax profession.
